George and his team of risk managers help clients implement best practices through on-site management training, consultations, claim reviews, and employee in-services. They are in almost constant contact with their insureds; assisting over 400 facilities via phone, email, and site visits.

Shomer’s team works closely with its insurance partners to develop a 15-month service plan with emphasis on education, accountability, and ultimately, reducing insurance costs. George and his team are responsible for ensuring that these plans are properly executed.
