Deerfield, IL (June 22, 2023) — Alera Group, a top independent national insurance and wealth services firm, announced today that Mark Dennis has been appointed as Managing Director for the Northwest region.
In his new role, Mark will help drive Alera Group’s growth activities and develop leadership teams who will help create and bolster expansion in the Northwest region, which includes 16 locations, 700 colleagues and approximately $143 million in revenue across Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.

Mark joined Propel Insurance, an Alera Group company, 17 years ago and has served in a number of leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Propel’s Executive Director of P&C Services. Prior to that, he was the Director of Personal Lines and Small Commercial Operations. Before joining Propel, he spent 20 years in various positions at Allstate.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and marketing from California State University, Chico.
