In 2005, Aaron began his forward-trajectory in insurance as an underwriter trainee for Unitrin Specialty. Aaron left underwriting after three years to become a wholesale broker. In four years at AmWINS Insurance Aaron managed a $20M book of business. Shomer insurance was Aaron’s largest client, comprising 75% of his business.
After developing a four year relationship with Shomer, Aaron took his next step forward and became the Healthcare Marketing Director for Shomer’s Healthcare department in 2012.
Now, as the Vice President of Operations, Aaron employs his knowledge of the carrier, wholesale, and agency processes to obtain the most competitive quotes possible. Each quote is formed around the individual needs of the client, then presented to meet the requirements of each carrier.
